+Trade stands TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS CLOSE: 31 July
Trade stands will be positioned around the central Main Display Arena, with activity rings outside this. The walk from the day parking and camping to the main area of activity rings takes you past the trade stands.
Trade stand space is limited, and we may cap certain services – acceptance will be on a first come basis so book now to avoid disappointment.
All stand holders will receive a listing in the Show Guide, and a 20% discount on advertising (both Show Guide and Website Banners). Some of the sponsor packages come with FREE stand space or a 50% discount (please refer to entry level packages and Sponsor Benefits Guide).
There are two payment options:
- 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your space, with the balance payable by 31 July.
- Pay in full now and receive a 10% discount (offer available until 30 June)
Dog charities and rescue centres will be given stand space for FREE (ground space only) CLICK HERE

| Stand holders will need to provide their own suitable cover. All gazebos must be heavy duty, no light weight 'party' gazeboes will be allowed. Please book total space required (ie including towbars, etc). If you intend to erect any large structure, marquee, or use a trailer/lorry stand, please contact us for approval before booking. |
