Shopping Basket Problems

If you are having trouble with your shopping basket, such as not updating or not carrying over items when you sign in, there is most likely trouble with the temporary cookies that are set on your computer to keep track of your basket. To fix this, you simply remove the cookies that are currently set. Below are quick instructions for commonly used browsers.

Internet Explorer

Go to the "Tools" menu at the top of your screen and select "Internet Options..." at the bottom of that drop-down menu. In the window that pops up, click the "General" tab at the top and then the "Delete Cookies..." button in the middle. Restart the browser.

Firefox

Go to the "Tools" menu at the top of your screen and select "Options..." at the bottom of that drop-down menu. In the window that pops up, click the "Privacy" button at the top, then the "Cookies" tab below that, and then the "Clear Cookies Now" button. Restart the browser.

Switch / Maestro Issue Number Payment Problem

If your Switch/Maestro card does not have an issue number then please insert 01 into the box provided.

When you make your first purchase from the online shop you will be given the choice to create an account to make future purchases swifter. This requires a username (your email) and password. If you loose your password you can request a temporary password from the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
