YOU MUST BOOK IN WITH THE CAMPING MARSHAL BEFORE PITCHING, WE MAY ASK YOU TO MOVE IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS.
DOGS MUST BE PREVENTED FROM DIGGING ON YOUR PITCH. BRING BREATHABLE AWNING MATS TO PREVENT THIS OR DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UNSUPERVISED IN PENS OR ON STAKEOUT. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY CHARGES MADE BY THE PARK AS A RESULT TO DAMAGE TO YOUR PITCH AREA.
Camping: for tents, caravans and motorhomes (1x unit per pitch) is available at the venue. Camping will be located on Monks Field (TBC). This is a large, quiet field, located within the country park, close to the ski slope. and sand dunes. There is an abundance of space for you to camp put out pens, toilet tents etc. It has its own supply of fresh water and grey water drop. We will once again hire portable elsan point for the disposal of chemical toilet waste (tbc). Please note that we intend to hire portable loos at this venue, which will be sited in the camping area. We do however suggest that All campers have their own camping loo of some kind. Toilet tents are permitted on your pitch. There will be no showers - note you have no access to toilets or showers in the Park's campsite. It is approximately 10 minutes walk to the startline, or 2 minute drive (we will have ample space to park on the startline for those wishing to drive down daily) Please enter your arrival and departure day/date below.
ALL CAMPERS PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE TOILET OR SHOWER FACILITIES IN THE CAMPSITE (THIS INCLUDES PRE AND POST RACE. Please DO NOT attempt to use these facilities as the Campsite Wardens may ask you to leave the Park. We will site portable loos at the start line (TBC). As the event camping area is large it may be a few hundred metres walk to the water and facilities we recommend campers plan to be as self-sufficient as possible regarding sanitary provision and bringing a set of wheels to aid in the carrying of water. For those needing full facilities please book camping direct with the Country Park HERE or with the Caravan and Motorhome Club HERE. Both of these are located within walking distance to our startline. There are also other local campsites with full facilities in addition to various other types of accommodation in nearby Burry Port, Llanelli or Kidwelli
There is a £8.50 per day parking fee applies to those not camping (DAY VISITORS) this can be paid daily or pre-booked online for discounts for multiple days. For those camping who wish to come and go during their stay a barrier card will be issued by the visitor centre. We will also need the registration of any additional vehicles resident on your pitch. these vehicles to be booked and paid for separely using the link in the box above. A number plate recognition system now operates in the park for all Day and Camping visitors for more information how this works see HERE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE NUMBER PLATE OF YOUR CAR/VAN/MOTORHOME/TOW-CAR/ Additional vehicle below (all vehicle registrations should also abe be added into the customer notes box before check out)
Max number of people per pitch: 6 pitch size is max 10m x 10m. 1 accommodation unit per pitch only. Addtional vehicles other than tow vehicle are charged at a rate of £8.50 per night - please use the link to book this.

Camping is at your own risk All camping units must carry their own fire extinguisher and fire blanket - Spot checks will be carried out. Any BBQ MUST comply with the park rules, including being located off the ground and safe disposal of ashes in the bins provided. No fires
When you complete and pay for your order, please print the receipt and bring it to the event. Please check in at the canix van on arrival before pitching.
