COURSE DESCRIPTION

We are excited to be invited to return to the Forest of Dean, and have a fantastic course awaiting you.  Starting just below the New Fancy parking area, you will head straight into technical single track before opening out onto wider, grassy forest trail.  The course meanders through the area using a variety of surfaces, including hardpack, grassy trail and some sections directly through the plantations.  Whilst not particularly hilly, this course is a technical challenge that will test runners in all aspects of cani-cross, including dog handling, and race strategy.  For those, who like to take more time it offers a lovely variety of trail and views through the forest.  As the trail is likely to be wet, and muddy trail shoes with a high level of grip are strongly recommended.
