Please note the biosecurity arrangments we have been asked to share by Natural Resources Wales. To prevent the spread of disease and invading species which threaten the flora and fauna of the woodlands all runners are asked to arrive with clean footwear and clothing, any cycles brought to the forest should be clean before arrival. All Footwear, clothing and wheels should be cleaned before exiting the site, and before entering other areas of woodland. Dogs are NOT PERMITTED in the forest ponds.

Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding refunds and non transfer of entries before you enter. We reserve the right to shorten the course or declare the run dogless should ground or weather conditions dictate.
