Your receipt for payment is confirmation of your entry (no other information will be emailed or posted). Race info (details on bib collection, registration) and directions can be found in the canix calendar relating to the event.
PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF TENT PITCHES, THEREFORE YOU MUST EMAIL TO CHECK AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO BOOKING (canixuk@yahoo.com). All those booking camping should read the venue information carefully before booking.
Please complete the drop down boxes in product options carefully to ensure you are entered into correct class (this is done automatically based on Date of Birth and Number of Dogs) Select the Country you are running for.
Check your confirmation email carefully. You can also log back into the shop at anytime to check your orders. No further emails will be sent. All updates and race day information will be posted to the facebook event page, accessed via our main CaniX fb page. Please ensure you join the event page, and set notifications to recieve all.
Please note the biosecurity arrangments we have been asked to share by our venues across the UK. To prevent the spread of disease and invading species which threaten the flora and fauna of the woodlands all runners are asked to arrive with clean footwear and clothing, any cycles brought to the site should be clean before arrival. All Footwear, clothing and wheels should be cleaned before exiting the site, and before entering other areas of woodland. Dogs are NOT PERMITTED in the forest ponds. Please be aware blue green algae has previously been reported at this site.

Please note all runners run at their own risk, and should consider additional insurance to cover any hardships or loss of income they may experience as a result of injury. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding refunds and non transfer of entries before you enter. We reserve the right to shorten the course or declare the run dogless should ground or weather conditions dictate.
