We have been running successful cross-country running events for 12 years having organised over 300 races.
Currently nothing exists in the UK offering this type of event. The health & fitness and event market has grown considerably over the past few years including triathlon, duathlon, Ironman, adventure races and numerous club/national running races. Roller skiing is also gaining popularity with support from high profile celebrities such as Pippa Middleton. People are always looking for something new to try.
Biathlon is a great spectator sport and is the no.1 winter sport watched on TV in Europe. The high cardiovascular exercise mixed with the calm concentration of target shooting is excellent to watch.
Laser Biathlon can be enjoyed at grass roots level and encourage kids and adults to get into exercise. It is an ideal stepping stone to progress on to winter biathlon and perfect summer training for the professional biathlete. We plan to run a championship series of 10 events each year at high profile visitor centres around the country.
